🕒 Order Cancellation

You may cancel your physical goods order within 7 days without providing any reason.

• The cancellation period is 7 days from the date you received the goods.

• If the delivery was made to a third party appointed by you, the 7-day window starts from when that person receives the goods.

✅ Refund Eligibility

We will reimburse the amount within 7 days of receiving the returned goods. The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used during purchase, and no extra charges will be applied.

📦 Conditions for Return (Only for Goods):

• The goods were purchased within the last 7 days

• The goods are in their original packaging

• The item is not used, damaged, or altered

❌ Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items:

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• 🛑 Personalized or Custom Diet Plans – As these services are tailor-made for individual needs, they are non-refundable once purchased.

• Perishable items or those with a short shelf life

• Health or hygiene-related items unsealed after delivery

• Items are mixed inseparably with others after delivery

🚚 Returning Goods

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs and risk. All goods must be returned to:

We recommend using an insured and trackable courier service. Refunds will not be processed without receiving the returned goods or proof of delivery.

🎁 Gifts

• If the item was marked as a gift, you will receive gift credit instead of a refund.

• If not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
